Meet the Team
Anthony Zanette
OWNER/LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Anthony is originally from Windsor, Ontario but moved to Naples at the age of five where he grew up learning from his father who was a general contractor in swfl specializing in commercial applications. Graduating from UCF in 2013 he returned to Naples and started The Outdoor Kitchen Place with his father in 2013. In 2016 he obtained his General Contractors License within the state of Florida. Since its start he has built thousands of kitchens in the SWFL area each one being custom designed. Anthony enjoys finding new products that can withstand the Florida elements to use in the kitchens he builds. Engaged to be married in November and has two dogs named Charlie and Stella. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.
Jennifer Ocasio
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Jenn is a Chicago native who has worked in customer service and administration since 2009 after graduating from NIU in Dekalb, Illinois. Jenn quickly became a large asset within the company when she began working in 2023 starting in administrative work but having a background in construction now handles all aspects of the job once construction starts. Jenn is married with two boys and two dogs Duke and Earl. She enjoys spending time at the beach with her family in her free time. Her personality keeps Anthony on his toes.
Nicole Dugan
DESIGNER/SALES
Moving to Southwest Florida from Pennsylvania in 2013 Nicole had an itch to get in the sun and leave the cold forever. She graduated from FGCU in 2019 and quickly proceeded into the world of design in both commercial and residential building communities. Starting in 2023 with the outdoor kitchen place Nicole brings out of the box ideas to the outdoor kitchen concepts we provide. Nicole has two children and 3 rescue dogs. She enjoys the beach and paddle boarding with a margarita in hand.
