The Outdoor Kitchen Place did an incredible job designing and installing my new outdoor kitchen! Jennifer provided excellent, creative guidance and exceptional knowledge of all of the various options available for a top-of-the-line outdoor kitchen. She came up with a beautiful design of a very unique and stunning Sandalus Quartzite, leather-finish granite, black cabinets made from solid resin that will last a lifetime, and an amazing combination of a 340 stainless steel "TopZero" Seamless Edge sink, Twin Eagles grill and separate twin burners, and a beautiful stainless steel Summit outdoor refrigerator. The end result was breathtaking! Jennifer also stayed intimately involved throughout the entire process to make sure that every detail was correct, and that all of my questions were answered, and expectations met. The owner Anthony and his entire team of exceptional installers did an amazing, professional job, on time, competitively priced, and without a single hiccup. I was impressed by the care, attention to detail, skill, and creativity of every member of the team, and thrilled with the great care they displayed in making sure that every detail was executed perfectly and to my exacting standards. Our experience with Anthony, Jennifer and the entire team at The Outdoor Kitchen Place was fantastic.
First, if you are building a home with a builder, I would have the electric and plumbing roughed in and wait to work with OKP. The developer will affectively charge you twice the price of OKP.
Second, you will not find a more customer service and quality oriented company in southwest Florida. From the beginning and throughout the process, the team focused on our requirements and then working through options to stay within our targeted budget. The started the work within 6 weeks and on the exact day they told us they would. They also finished it over the course of 7 business days on the exact day they said they would.
What I have been most blown away with is their attention to detail. I set the expectation with Anthony that I wanted to see the site in the exact state they found it with the exception of the kitchen we bought being installed - Anthony agreed and committed to this without hesitation. While you want to naturally believe someone, I have never had this experience before.
The day the team wrapped up, I was just blown away by the quality of the work and the site. Every line grouted, every gap calked, every surface cleaned and shined and they even requested matching house paint to clean up the calk lines... unbelievable!!!
Completely satisfied in every way possible. My neighbor is now planning to do theirs and use OKP.
